Donna M Vicencio

Donna Marie Vicencio, 70, of Port Huron, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 8, 2026 in her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born February 25, 1956 in St. Clair to the late Rosendo and Minerva Coronado. She married Guadalupe Vicencio Jr. on December 14, 1974.

Donna graduated from Port Huron Northern High School in 1974 and later continued her education at Baker College. She was a dedicated teacher with the St. Clair County Head Start program for many years. She enjoyed going to garage sales, shopping and traveling. She cherished visiting Florida, Niagara Falls, and Las Vegas. She loved birds and the NFL. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as “Pumpkin Pie”. She was also known as the best mother-in-law.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Guadalupe; sons, Guadalupe (Lindsey) Vicencio III and Judah (Carolyn) Vicencio; grandchildren, Isaac, Abigail, Noah, and Kyra; brother, David (Virginia) Coronado; sister, Sylvia Coronado; in-laws, Gloria (John) Torrez, Mary Delia Vicencio, Norma (Joe) Jimenez, Cecilia (Jim) Coburn, Lidia Torrez, Hilda (Karl) Livingston, Jane (Charlie) Bauer, Justin (Renee) Garska II; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Coronado; brothers-in-law, Clifford Garska and Gilbert Torrez; sister-in-law, Annette Carrothers; father-in-law, Lupe Vicencio; and step-father, Justin (Maria) Garska.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 12 p.m. Major Timothy Meyer will officiate.

Her burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
