Anna Presswood

Anna Angela Presswood, 65, of Clyde Township, died Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

She was born November 29, 1960 in Port Huron to the late Albertus and Judith Bachmann. She married Daniel J. Presswood on March 20, 1982.

Anna proudly served in the U.S. Army for four years, attaining the rank of Sergeant. She later worked for John’s Lumber in Roseville and Utica, where she remained until her retirement. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling, sightseeing, and crocheting.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Daniel; daughter, Rebecca L. (Mike) Lumetta; son, Jack A. (Kelly Martin) Presswood; three grandchildren, Alana G. Lumetta, Daniel S. Lumetta and Ryder J. Martin-Presswood; two aunts; one uncle; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Good-Schrader; and two brothers, Marty and Eduard Bachmann.

Anna’s family will receive friends and loved ones from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2026, in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.
