David M Lewandowski

David Michael Lewandowski, 54, of Clyde Township, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

He was born July 16, 1972 in Detroit to Karen and the late Thaddeus “Ted” Lewandowski. He married Marcella Cutcher on December 5, 2000 in Negril Jamaica.

Dave was a 1990 graduate of Port Huron High School and worked for the IBEW Local #58 for the past 30 years. He enjoyed boating, fishing, spending time with friends and sports. Dave was a hardworking, family-oriented man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Marcy; son, Ryan Lewandowski; mother, Karen Trisch; brother, Ed Lewandowski; sister-in-law, Melissa Lewandowski; two nephews, Connor and Cooper Lewandowski; niece, Brittany Stratton; mother-in-law, Barbara Cutcher; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ted Lewandowski; brother, Bob Lewandowski; and stepfather, Tom Trisch.

An event to celebrate Dave’s life will be held on Friday, October 30, 2026 from 11am-2pm at the Hillside Wesleyan Church Family Center.

Dave’s family prefers memorial contributions be made to an education fund set up for Ryan. Donations can be made payable to Ryan Lewandowski.
