Linda M. Glyshaw, 61, of Ruby, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012 in Port Huron Hospital following a long illness.
She was born June 9, 1951 in Port Huron daughter of the late Kenneth and Lillian (Richards) Deachin.
Linda married Robert L. “Bud” Glyshaw on February 7, 1969 in Port Huron.
She was a 1969 graduate of Port Huron High School. Linda loved and cherished her family more than anything else in this world.
She is survived by her husband Robert L. “Bud” Glyshaw of Ruby; son, Jason M. Glyshaw of Ruby; daughter, Rebecca M. (Matthew) Benton of Traverse City; son, Justin K. (Elizabeth) Glyshaw of Cedar Springs, MI; son, John R. (Amber) Glyshaw of Niagara Falls, NY; grandchildren, Mika, Tereis, Adara, Reegan, Walker, Abigail, Garrett, Samuel and brother, Donald R. (Patricia) Deachin of Burtchville Township.
Linda was preceded in death by her brother, Duane Deachin and sister, Diane Deachin.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Monday, December 31, 2012 in Holy Trinity Parish-St. Stephen Catholic Church. The Rev. Brian K. Cokonougher will officiate.
Visiting hours are 9am until the service time Monday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Community Enterprises of St. Clair County.
