Pauline Bohm

Pauline Bohm, 90, of Burtchville Township, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2006 in Port Huron Hospital following a short illness. She was born November 6, 1915 in Hamburg, Germany and had come to this country in 1956. Pauline married Jacob Bohm. He preceded her in death on December 8, 1968. She received her education in Germany. She was a long time member of St. Edward's Church and a devoted employee of the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home retiring in 1983. Pauline is survived by her dear neighbor and friend, Paul D. Kane of Burtchville Township; pastors, Fr. Thomas F. & Fr. Joseph M. Esper of St. Edward's Parish and other neighbors, friends and fellow parishoners. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Edward's Catholic Church. The Rev Thomas F. Esper will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home and 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at the church. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. this evening. Memorials in Pauline's memory may be given to St. Edward's Church.
