Grace Grzybowski

Grace M. Grzybowski, 89, of Fort Gratiot died Sunday, August 26, 2007 in Brown's Adult Foster Care Home with their loving and caring staff at her side. She was born January 3, 1918 in St. Clair, daughter of the late Joseph and Gertrude (Basney) Wolfe. Grace married Casimer Grzybowski. He preceded her in death on March 17, 1989. Mrs. Grzybowski was a member of St. Edward On-The-Lake Catholic Church and the ladies guild. She loved traveling, hunting, fishing, camping and bowling on the Belles and Senior Citizen Leagues. Grace is survived by her sister, Alveretta Weymouth of Marysville; brother, Robert Wolfe of North Lakeport; niece and caregiver, Gwendolyn (Roy) Holmes of Fort Gratiot and several nieces, nephews and God children. She was preceded in death by 5 sisters and 1 brother. Visitation will be 2 - 4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home and 9 :30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Scripture service 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening. Mass of Resurrection will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Edward On -The-Lake Catholic Church. The Rev. Joseph M. Esper, Pastor will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dale Hardy, Marvin Hardy, William Ingles, Roger Ingles, Gary Fraser and Dennis Weymouth. Honorary pallbearers are Robert Wolfe, Roy Holmes and Joe Wolfe.
