Ashley Janderwski

Ashley M. Janderwski, 18, of North Street, died Sunday, November 18, 2007 in an automobile accident. She was born March 19, 1989 in Warren and lived most of her life here. Ashley was a 2007 graduate of Port Huron high School and was attending St. Clair County Community College. She was employed at Fore Lakes Golf Club and Buff's budget Car Wash. Ashley played high school hockey and golf. She loved music. Ashley experienced life full force. Her friends and family meant everything to her. She is survived by her parents, Rick and Lynne Janderwski; brother, Kristofor and sister Melissa, all of North Street; her grandparents, Hank and Marge Janderwski of Port Huron; special sibling, Shelley Lukasak, niece and nephew, Zoey and Zander Lukasak of Kimball; aunt, Deb Janderwski; cousin, Amber Janderwski and her faithful dog, Izzy. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Don Taylor and her uncle, David Janderwski. Her funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday in St. Stephen Church. The Rev. Brian K. Cokonougher, Pastor and the Rev. Simeon T. Iber will preside. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visiting for Ashley will be Thursday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 9:00 p.m. in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday. Memorials, in Ashley's memory, may be made to Woodland Developmental Center. It wasn't the 1989 - 2007 but how she lived the dash in between.
