Margaret Patricia Wypych, 92, died unexpectedly on Thursday, October 21, 2010 in Harbor View AFC Home.
She was born October 19, 1918 in Passaic New Jersey and lived in this area nearly her entire life. Her husband, Felix A. Wypych, preceded her in death on March 29, 1993.
Mrs Wypych worked as a waitress for over 35 years in various establishments in the Port Huron area. She loved to read and loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Robert F. (Barbara) Wypych of Marysville and Walter A. (Sandy) Wypych of Fort Gratiot; granddaughters, Lynn (Jim Gentile) Wypych, Wendy (Kurt) Munson and Kelly Wypych; grandsons, Christopher (Melissa) Wypych and Jason (Jennifer) Wypych; great grandchildren, Gabrielle Wypych-Gentile, Noah and Ashley Wypych, Alyssa, Anna and Addison Wypych, Lauren and Lia Munson,
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Robert Michael Wypych.
Mass of the Resurrection will be 11 am. Tuesday at St. Marys Church. The Rev. Zbigniew Zomerfeld will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Visiting hours are 2-4 & 6-9 Monday at Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home and from 10 am. until the funeral time Tuesday at church. A prayer service will be held at 7 pm. Monday.
Memorials may be made to St. Vincent dePaul.
