Philip Sullivan

December 6th, 1942 to February 2nd, 2020

Philip Driscoll Sullivan, 77, of Clyde Township, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020 in Port Huron, Michigan.

He was born December 6, 1942 in Port Huron, the eldest son of Timothy and Bonita Sullivan. He graduated from Port Huron High School in 1961. He married Marilyn L. Young and they shared 55 years of marriage together.

Philip was the owner of Piper Inc., and worked in the plumbing industry his entire life. He enjoyed this line of work and the camaraderie it provided late into his life. He will always be remembered for his hardworking drive, wit, and ability to solve any problem. His dedication to his work was only superseded by his love and dedication to his family.

Philip cared immensely for his wife, Marilyn; and son Stephen Philip Sullivan (Paulette). He was most prideful of his granddaughters, Alyssa Lucia Sullivan, Carly Louise Sullivan (Cory) and Rachel Ann Sullivan. He is survived by other family including Dennis Bowen, Wayne and Nancy Curtis, Carol Young, and Melissa Young; nieces and nephews, Timothy Sullivan III, Christy, and Kelly; and close friend in Florida, Julia Cadieux.

The family accepts well wishes and respectfully chooses to have no formal service at this time.
