Thomas William Christy Tsafaroff
Tommy Tsafaroff, 66, of Lakeport, passed away January 6, 2015, in a fire at his home from smoke inhalation.
Tommy was born July 7, 1948 in Toronto, Ontario to Thomas and Sophia Tsafaroff, now deceased. He was raised in the historic Guildwood Village located in Scarborough, Ontario. He was a member of the gymnastics and hockey team during his years at Sir Wilfrid Laurier High School. Tommy attended the Ontario College of Art in Toronto from 1966 to 1967.
He left college to travel and experience what life had to offer. At age 23 he was working in Hollywood’s film industry as a union set builder, and he remained there for 24 years.
